Sonoma County Office of Education (SCOE) and Santa Rosa City Schools Director Stephanie Manieri recently surprised Elsie Allen High School Music Teacher Kyle Thompson during class, to announce he was chosen as the Sonoma County Teacher of the Month for March 2019!
Director Manieri is a former student of Mr. Thompson, and she nominated him for the award. Mr. Thompson's current students cheered and began playing music when the award was announced.
