Strategic Plan

To achieve our vision and mission, we need a strategic plan that guides the district and informs staff and the Board of Education's decisions. The previous plan, adopted in 2019, has guided the district for the past 5 years. However, the evolving landscape of state and federal regulations, school funding, and the diverse and changing needs of students and families necessitates an updated approach. This Mission, Vision, and Strategic Plan was approved by the Board on January 7, 2026.
