Staff Secure PIN Access for District Copiers

🖨️ District Copiers & Secure PIN Access

All Santa Rosa City Schools copiers require a unique 6-digit PIN to copy, print, or scan. This secure system protects confidential documents, reduces waste, and allows you to print from anywhere and pick up your job at any district copier.

🔐 Step 1: Find Your 6-Digit PIN

Before using a district copier for the first time, you must retrieve your unique security PIN:

  1. Go directly to the Kyocera Cloud Print and Scan Portal (https://srcschools.org/copiers)

  2. Click "Sign in with Google" and log in using your district Google account.

  3. Click your username in the top-right menu and select User Profile.

  4. Your 6-digit PIN will be displayed under the Credentials tab.

📌 Tip: Next to each physical machine, you will find a Quick Start Sheet featuring a QR code that takes you directly to this portal.

📋 Step 2: How to Use the Copier

Once you are standing at the machine, enter your 6-digit PIN on the screen and select your desired function:

  • 🖨️ Print: Tap the Kyocera Cloud Print and Scan Icon, select the Kyocera Cloud Print and Scan Tab, choose your print job, and press Print. (Make sure you chose the Kyocera Cloud printer from your computer when sending the job!)

  • 📄 Copy: Tap the Copy Icon and adjust your document settings as needed.

  • 📧 Scan to Email: Tap the Kyocera Cloud Print and Scan Icon, select the Scan to me Tab, load your documents, name your file, and press Scan. The PDF will arrive via email from "Kyocera Cloud Print and Scan".

  • 💾 Scan to Google Drive: Tap the Kyocera Cloud Print and Scan Icon, select Google Drive, load your documents, and press Scan. (Requires initial folder setup inside your online user portal).

🎨 A Note on Color: Printing defaults to black-and-white to manage district costs. If you switch the machine to color, please remember to flip it back to black-and-white when finished! For large color jobs, please submit a request to the Duplicating Department.
