🔐 How do I reset my password?

Step 1: Go to ClassLink

Navigate directly to https://srcschools.org/classlink.

Step 2: Use the Password Reset Tool

Click the "Help, I forgot my password" text located right under the "Sign In" button.

Step 3: Enter Your Username

In the new window, enter your SRCS username only (the part before the @ sign in your email address) and follow the prompts.
💡 Example: If your email is JDoe@srcschools.org, your SRCS username is JDoe.

Step 4: Verify Your Identity

Depending on the recovery options you previously set up, ClassLink will either:

  • 📱 Send an authentication code to your registered mobile phone.

  • ❓ Ask you to answer your three security questions.

⚠️ IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: For this self-service reset to work, you must set up your recovery options before you get locked out. If you haven't done this yet, follow the steps below.

⚙️ How do I set up my password recovery options?

You are usually prompted to do this during your very first login, but you can update your settings at any time:

  1. Go to https://srcschools.org/classlink.

  2. Log in using your SRCS username (the part before the @) and your current password.

  3. Click on your Profile Icon in the upper right corner.

  4. Select Settings, then click the Recovery tab.

🧠 Can ClassLink remember my other passwords?

  • Rostered Apps: ClassLink automatically logs you into district-provided applications (like Seesaw or Let'sGoLearn). Your access is tied directly to your current course roster.

  • Custom Apps: You can manually save your usernames and passwords for other external websites provided by SRCS to easily log in next time.
