incidentIQ is the SRCS technology knowledge base and tech help desk ticketing system
- Available to both the parents and students community and SRCS Staff
- Contains searchable guides and HowTo's for most of the tech problems
- SRCS Staff has access to internal guides and HowTo's and can submit help desk tickets upon log in (SRCS Staff please Login with Google)

ClassLink: App Launcher, Password Locker, and Password Reset
Single Sign-On and Password Locker
ClassLink lets students and staff log in once to access most of their online learning platforms and digital textbooks—no need to remember multiple passwords. Staff also gain access to key SRCS business systems through ClassLink.
Password Reset Tool
ClassLink is the preferred method for students and staff to reset forgotten passwords.
Go to ClassLink -> click Help, I forgot my password. Teachers can also reset student passwords to help them quickly regain access to their accounts.
