Release of Student Information to Military Recruiters

In compliance with the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA), Santa Rosa City Schools shares student information, including student name, address, telephone number, and email address, with military recruiters upon request.

If you are a military recruiter who wants to request student data, please email data-integrations@srcs.k12.ca.us with your request.

If you are a parent who would like to opt-out from sharing information with military recruiters, please complete the Parent Data Confirmation on your Aeries Parent Portal and indicate your opt-out on the Authorizations section. You can see the list of authorizations you have granted so far on the Authorization page in your Parent Portal under Student Info.
