Principal Apportionment Data Collection
This department manages the Principal Apportionment Data Collection (PADC) reporting for the district.
PADC is a web-based application designed to collect data needed to calculate the Principal Apportionment for school districts and charter schools.
Principal Apportionment is based on Average Daily Attendance (ADA). ADA is the total number of days of student attendance divided by the total number of days taught. A student attending every school day would equal one ADA. Generally, ADA is lower than enrollment due to such factors as transience, dropouts, and illness.
